An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Platform may reference third-party services, payment providers and game suppliers. q869 is not responsible for the practices, policies or content of third-party providers. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and conditions.

Upon termination of an Account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including the Limitation of Liability, Prohibited Conduct and Intellectual Property clauses — shall survive.
